Rapid Prototyping Taiwan

Rapid prototyping and model making are an essential step in the product design and development process, whether to demonstrate form, function or manufacturability, it will ensure clients, designers and all development partners have a clear understanding of the design intent, and, can effectively contribute in design validation.

Print and screen based presentations are effective tools, but only a prototype that you can both see and touch can ensure everyone sees the same thing, and so avoid the misunderstandings all too often seen in product development.

Rapid Tooling

We are particularly proud of our rapid tooling capabilities. We are able to have quality aluminum tooled parts delivered to our US clients within 10 days after order confirmation, at prices well below those typically in charged in the USA.

We can respond quickly to requests for quotation after receipt of your CAD (ProE or IGES format) files via email or FTP transfer.

We normally work with a minimum order size of US$ 4,000, but for established corporations we will accept smaller test orders.
